This solution facilitates the logging of production order start and end operations, along with the respective processed and finished quantities. This is achieved through the scanning of the operation's barcode, as printed on the production traveller. Additionally, the application allows for identification of the person responsible for initiating and completing the operation.

The registration process is simple and can be completed using various devices, including desktops, tablets, phones, or mobile handheld scanners. The same scanner can be used for mobile scanning as well as all warehousing and manufacturing processes. The system automatically handles all data postings, including time, finished quantities, and more. All activities occur in real-time, eliminating the need for synchronization. The solution supports combined order execution and multi-machine operations, streamlining those processes. Barcode scanners will identify employees and facilitate clock-in/clock-out to production orders, further enhancing operational efficiency.
